Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Enchanted Skin Retreat for your wellness journey. To ensure the best possible service for all of our clients, please review our booking, cancellation and deposit policies here: Booking: * All appointments must be secured with a credit card or 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking OR paid in full, in person, at the beginning of the service. Arriving Late: * Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment start time. * If you arrive 10 minutes late, your appointment may result in a shortened session. * Arriving 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled with the full service charges applied. Cancelation or Rescheduling: * To cancel or reschedule, allow 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for a fee of 20%. * If you miss your appointment without notifying us, you will be charged 100% of the service charge and future bookings may require upfront prepayments. Refunds: * All services and deposits are non-refundable. * If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
